DELIVERY POLICY

We process all our orders every Tuesday ready for collection or shipping on Wednesday. Any orders placed after 11:59pm on Mondays will be processed and shipped the following week. We may also ship parcels on Saturdays; however this is not guaranteed.

We use Royal Mail to ship all our parcels, with a 2-3 business days delivery time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. Alternatively you can collect your order from Kiln for free!
